Palletizer Robot Classification Based on Palletizer Requirements
When it comes to Palletizer robots, they can be categorized based on the Palletizer requirements. Let’s take a look at the different types from a user’s perspective.
1.Single-layer Palletizer Robot
The single-layer Palletizer robot has a basic structure. It relies on a conveyor belt to transport materials. When the materials reach the turning mechanism, they can be adjusted in the specified direction. Once ready, they can be moved onto the layer conveyor. At this point, the products can be tightly arranged according to the set order. Then, the arranged products are transferred to the next workstation using conveyor rollers, completing the Palletizer operation of the Palletizer robot.
2.Multi-layer Palletizer Robot
As the counterpart to the single-layer Palletizer robot, the multi-layer Palletizer robot is more complex. In this type, the pallet for Palletizer is located under the conveyor belt and can be adjusted left and right. During the Palletizer process, the materials are neatly arranged on the pallet, which is then positioned at the extreme left. When the materials transported by the conveyor belt are blocked by a baffle, they are neatly arranged in a row. The pallet is then moved to the right, and the materials are once again arranged in a row as in the previous step. This process continues, with the height of the Palletizer robot’s lifting platform decreasing by one layer for each additional layer of materials, until the Palletizer reaches a certain height.
3.Arranging Palletizer Robot
This type of Palletizer robot arranges the materials before transporting them. A pusher places the transported materials on the collection platform. Then, it moves to the left, pushing the materials from bottom to top, Palletizer three layers of materials together. During this process, a sloping device ensures the smooth completion of the process, and the special nature of the collection platform also helps the Palletizer robot complete the Palletizer. These are just some of the more common types of Palletizer robots.
Whether you need a mortar Palletizer robot, a bagged Palletizer robot, or another type of Palletizer robot, understanding the different types and their functionalities can help you make an informed decision based on your specific Palletizer requirements.
